Garage door track repair.
Same-day Palm Beach County dispatch from our Lantana and Loxahatchee offices. Free phone diagnostic. Written warranty on every job.
Garage door tracks are the steel rails that guide the door panels up and down. They're robust by design — built to last the full service life of the door — but they bend, rust through, separate at joints, or get knocked out of alignment by impact (cars, lawn tractors, ladders). When that happens, the door can't move properly.
Off-track doors are the most common track-related call. When rollers fail or a cable snaps, the door's weight can pull a single section out of its track. The door ends up half-up, half-down, leaning against the truck or your bumper. Don't try to muscle it back — the spring tension is still active and the door can drop or twist further.
Most PBC track issues we see are repairable. We re-align bent sections, replace damaged track segments, and tighten loose bolts. Full track replacement is rare — usually only after major impact damage. We carry standard 2-inch track and joints on every truck.

Common questions.
My car bumped the track — is this expensive?
Usually not. Minor bends can often be cold-bent back to spec. Costs $145–$245 typically. We'll show you photos before and after.
Why does the door bind in one spot?
Either a kink in the track, a roller hanging up, or the door has shifted on its lifting cables. We diagnose in 5 minutes on-site.
Can I drive my car under an off-track door?
No. The door is unbalanced and may drop. Call us — we can usually clear it for car removal promptly.
Will the track ever need full replacement?
Rarely. Most tracks last 25+ years. Full replacement is usually only after major impact damage or severe rust through (uncommon inland; possible east of US-1).
