One person. One truck. One phone number.
Lift Kings is Eric Reynolds. He answers the phone, drives the truck, does the work, and stands behind it. No subs. No commissioned techs. No call center.
Eric started Lift Kings out of a Ford Ranger in 2021.
After years installing doors for one of the big national franchises, Eric Reynolds kept seeing the same pattern: a tech would diagnose a $180 spring as a $1,400 "full system replacement." He'd refuse to upsell, get coached for low ticket averages, and watch good customers get burned.
So in May 2021 he bought a used Ford Ranger, a $4,200 set of tools, and printed a thousand business cards. The rule from day one: quote the actual problem. If a spring fixes it, sell a spring.
Five years later that rule still runs the company. The Ranger has been replaced by a fully-built Ram 1500, but Eric still answers every call and does every job himself — no commissioned techs, no quotas, no subs. Customers notice: 194 verified reviews, 5.0 average, and roughly 40% of jobs come from neighbors of people Eric has already helped.
Promises kept by what we refuse to do.
No commission selling.
Our techs are salaried. They make the same whether they sell you a $180 spring or a $4,000 door. So they tell you what you actually need.
No call-center triage.
Eric answers every call. You're talking to someone who knows your address, your door, and the truck that's coming.
No "diagnostic fees".
Quotes are free. We show up, look at the door, give you a number. Approve it or don't — either way, no charge to look.

Two people. One phone number.
Eric runs the truck. Andrea runs the office. Between the two of them, you'll always reach a Lift King — never a call center, never a sub.
Started Lift Kings in 2021 with a used Ford Ranger. Still drives the truck. Still answers his cell at 11pm. Speaks English & Spanish.
Runs the schedule, returns the texts, and helps make sure Eric is on the right driveway at the right time. The other voice you'll hear when you call Lift Kings.
One truck. Fully built. Always Eric driving.
Started in 2021 with a used Ford Ranger. Today it's a fully-built Ram 1500 — 12 spring sizes, 4 cable gauges, 3 opener models, sensor pairs, and panel patch kits on board. Most repairs finish on the first visit.
