Garage door panel replacement.
Same-day Palm Beach County dispatch from our Lantana and Loxahatchee offices. Free phone diagnostic. Written warranty on every job.
A dented or damaged garage door panel is one of the most common Palm Beach County repair requests — bikes, trash cans, lawn equipment, kid mistakes, hurricane debris. The damaged panel almost always sits in the bottom or middle section where the impact happened. The good news: most modern doors are designed for section-by-section replacement, so you usually don't have to replace the whole door.
We handle three types of panel jobs in PBC: standard same-color replacements where the manufacturer still makes the panel, custom color-matching when the original color is discontinued, and full-door replacements when matching panels are no longer available (common on doors 15+ years old).
For impact-rated hurricane doors, panel replacements have to maintain the door's FL Product Approval rating. We only use manufacturer-original or NOA-approved replacement panels — never aftermarket — because mixing rated and unrated panels invalidates the wind-mitigation insurance discount.
Common symptoms.
Bottom panel dented from car or trash can
Most common scenario. Single-panel replacement, manufacturer-matched: $285–$485.
Hurricane debris damage
Insurance often covers this. We provide documentation. Replacement panel + repair: $385–$785.
Panel scratched / paint chipped
Sometimes refinishable on-site ($145–$225) if structurally sound. Otherwise replace.
Multiple panels damaged in single incident
We quote per panel, but typically the per-panel cost drops on multi-panel jobs.
Original panel discontinued
We custom-match with same manufacturer's current series. Color match within 1 shade. $385–$585.
Panels too old to source
Full door replacement is usually more cost-effective. We'll quote both options.

Common questions.
Will insurance cover panel damage?
Yes for impact damage (car, hurricane debris, vandalism). Almost never for wear-and-tear. We provide a written damage report and photos for your claim.
How do I know if my panel is still available?
Send us a photo of the door brand sticker (usually on the inside of the top section). We check Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and Raynor catalogs in 5 minutes.
Is replacing one panel cheaper than a full door?
Almost always, yes. Single panel: $285–$685. Full door: $2,200+. Exception: doors 15+ years old where panels are discontinued.
Will the new panel match the old ones perfectly?
Within 1 shade for current production runs. After 10+ years of UV exposure, even original-color replacement panels look slightly different from the weathered older sections. We'll discuss before install.
