Loud bang followed by immovable door. Common springs are on every truck. Same-night replacement typical.
Pre-hurricane emergency
48-72 hours before landfall, we prioritize reinforcement and emergency repair calls. Pre-storm bookings always honored first.
Forced or broken-in door
Vandalism, attempted break-in, kids damaged door. Re-secure tonight with temporary brace; full panel replacement scheduled for next business day.

4. Stabilize first
Even if we can't complete the full repair tonight, we make the door safe and secure.
5. Full repair
Most emergency calls complete in one visit. The part is on the truck.

How fast can you actually arrive?
Daytime: under 35 minutes average across PBC. After-hours: under 45 minutes. Lantana and Loxahatchee specifically: under 25 minutes nearly always.
Do you really answer at 3am?
Yes. Eric routes the emergency line to his cell after 9pm. He's been doing this since 2021. We've never missed an emergency call.
How much extra does after-hours cost?
$45 dispatch surcharge weeknights, $60 weekends, $95 holidays. That's it. We don't pad emergency pricing on parts or labor.
What if you can't fix it tonight?
Some repairs need daylight or a specialty part. In those cases we stabilize the door tonight (free) and return next business day to complete the work.
Do you handle vandalism or break-in damage?
Yes. We can re-secure the garage tonight with temporary bracing, then return for panel replacement or full repair in business hours. We also provide a damage report for your insurance.
